Our Environments

The Meadows Early Learning Centre is purpose-built, grounded in a nature inspired environment, with room to explore and grow in natural surroundings.

We provide an environment where children can explore and develop at their pace and in their own time. In our rural setting, children can connect with nature in our landscaped outdoor play area and gardens.

We believe that children need time, space and the right environment in which to grow, to develop an awareness of who they are as individuals, their strengths and abilities. The resources we provide have been carefully chosen to support connections with the natural environment. The inclusion of and provocation with items that encourage children’s creativity and imagination, their thinking and inquiry. Open ended resources are utilised to support children to discover, hypothesise, test out ideas and develop positive working theories about the world around them, inclusive of people, places and things.
